Hey y’all – Happy New Year!
Just back from the break and next week is little brother’s 17th.
He thinks I’m an idiot. I think he’s an idiot. It’s love. Brotherly love.
Despite that I want to look after the fella and buy him something he’ll actually wear. He’s seriously into his Jack & Jones clothing right now and that’s right where I’ll be heading with my pennies.
If he isn’t too rude tonight he’ll be on for a pair of twist cuff chinos, even though I think they look daft on blokes. But I may just economise instead and go for a check shirt which I can nick after a few weeks when he has forgotten about it.
Where does he get his money from? I’m only six years older than him and I have to think about everything I buy and I’ve got a proper job (well, of sorts). I’m sure mum doesn’t just lay out cash all the time for him. Beats me.
Anyway. Republic, here I come for a touch of shopping.
